Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor news sources, exchange notices, and platform updates to provide timely insights for business decision‑making.
  • Maintain and optimize configurations for news‑aggregation and data‑capture systems to ensure accurate, real‑time information flow.
  • Update and validate fee structures across internal platforms to maintain consistency and operational accuracy.
  • Review existing processes to identify automation opportunities; prepare requirements or build scripts to streamline workflows.
  • Partner with developers and internal teams to implement process reengineering initiatives that reduce manual steps and operational risk.
  • Perform core operational tasks such as trade‑related checks, reconciliations, exception handling, data validation, and monitoring of system‑generated alerts.
  • Support daily BAU activities, ad‑hoc analysis, issue investigations, and operational queries from internal stakeholders.
  • Provide occasional support outside standard business hours to ensure smooth global operations.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 4-7 years of experience in business operations, business analysis, or similar middle‑office functions.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and consistently high accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Excel and SQL for data analysis and operational reporting.
  • Effective communication skills and a strong command of English.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving environment.
