Insurance Sales Manager, CMB Wing Lung Insurance Brokers

Responsibilities

• To conduct insurance sales for all bank channels
• To be responsible for achieving assigned insurance production targets
• To aid frontline to conduct different sales programs such as open day, customer seminars and other relevant branch level activities to drive production
• To conduct drill, specialized training, experience sharing sessions to lift up the sales skills of frontline
• To coach frontline staff on insurance sales in order to uplift sales and product skill set
• To act as communication bridge between product team and frontline for sales motivation and smooth execution of various sales programs and marketing programs
• To diagnose sales problems in frontline and resolve by coordinating resources from product team and various other means
• To uplift sales morale and spirit

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in life insurance field with 5 years of relevant experience in life insurance sales, Brokerage experience is preferred
• Degree holder in business discipline
• IIQE Paper 1, 3, 5
• Qualification in ECF is preferred
• Detail-minded, sound judgment and good problem solving capabilities
• Business trips are required
