Our client, a global WealthTech platform and SaaS provider, is seeking a Sales Director to drive its expansion across APAC within the insurance sector. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on shaping regional strategy, winning and closing enterprise clients, and owning the full sales and solution lifecycle end to end.
The position requires a commercially strong rainmaker who can engage confidently at C-level and bridge business and technical conversations to deliver tailored platform solutions.
Our Ideal Candidate - 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of closing complex deals and/or leading consultative engagements with top-tier insurance firms
- Executive presence with the ability to lead pitches and navigate high-stakes negotiations
- Strong technical aptitude, able to explain data flows, APIs, and system integrations at a conceptual level (no coding required)
- Deep understanding of Quote & Bind processes.
- Comfortable with occasional travel across APAC
