Responsibilities:
- Develop branch sales and marketing plans to achieve sustainable business results
- Responsible for branch sales governance and compliance control
- Supervise day to day sales activities and ensure all branch staffs are fully complied with relevant regulatory requirements, code and guidelines
- Upkeep the brand quality through branch service delivery that constantly exceeds customer expectations
- Ensure branch to achieve customer service standards and process to ensure such standards are consistently met to achieve targeted customer satisfaction rating
- Lead branch staffs to achieve company vision and business goals within the context of overall corporate directives and guiding principles
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Business or Finance
- Minimum 8 years' practical experience in Retail Banking, with key focus in Sales & Marketing Management
- Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage
