Our client is seeking an experienced Claims leader to oversee Life, CI, Medical and Accident claims, drive service excellence, and lead a team of assessors.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coach the Claims team to ensure timely, accurate assessments.
- Approve claims within delegated authority and handle escalated customer/regulator cases.
- Review and enhance claims guidelines, workflows, and service standards.
- Conduct QA reviews and investigate suspicious/fraudulent claims.
- Provide claims input to product development and system requirements.
- Prepare claims statistics, KRIs, and reports for management.
- Liaise with reinsurers and support treaty review from a claims perspective.
- Deliver training to internal teams and distribution when needed.
Requirements: - Degree holder; FLMI preferred, ALHC an advantage.
- 8+ years Life/Medical claims experience with 3+ years in team leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge of life insurance claims.
- Customer‑centric, detail‑oriented, strong communication and integrity.
- Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin an advantage.
Less experienced candidate will be considered for Manager, Claims.
