Responsibilities:
- Risk & Position Management: Monitoring positions, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate P&L capture.
- Operational Support: Maintaining, improving, and automating desk tools, spreadsheets, and pricing models.
- Market Analysis: Reviewing market trends, dividend parameters, and repo/funding rates to assist senior traders.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, VBA, and Excel is essential for data analysis and automation.
- Experience: quantitative research (fresh graduates with relevant internships are preferred).
- Knowledge: Understanding of Delta One products (ETFs, swaps, futures), equity derivatives, and market mechanics.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a, proactive, entrepreneurial, and, collaborative mindset.
