Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced C++ developer to join our team, working closely with the trading desk to deliver high-quality features in an agile environment. As a key member of our flat-structured team, you will contribute to the development of new features, optimization of automated trading systems, and performance tuning to enhance trading performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new features for automated trading systems
- Optimize system performance to reduce latency and improve time-to-market
- Create intuitive and robust user interfaces to enhance user experience
- Develop innovative automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve desk efficience
- Provide first-line support to the trading desk, ensuring seamless system operation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Technical Skills: Programming languages C++ (C++11/C++14/C++17/C++20), Java, Python; Operating System: Linux
- Data Technology: Experience with time series databases and big data solutions is a plus
- Previous experience building Market Making technology for Asia Equity Derivative markets and Algorithm Trading Systems is advantageous, but not required
