Contract System Tester

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Execution:Participate in and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, production verification, and pilot runs for product workflow and system enhancement projects.
  • Test Documentation & Preparation:Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications. Responsible for preparing test accounts, configuring test environments, and performing manual and/or automated testing.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to assist in clarifying requirements and identifying software defects and potential risks.
  • Defect Management:Properly record, report, follow up, and verify all test scenarios and cases. Coordinate with the development team to prioritize system defect fixes and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
  • Support & Training:Assist in user training, provide general testing support, and prepare relevant operational manuals and guidelines.
    • Requirements

    Education:
    • University degree or above.
    • Major in Business Administration, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines is preferred.
    Work Experience:
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in banking system testing or IT project-related work.
    • At least 1 year of professional experience within a bank or a software development company.
    Skills & Attributes:
    • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Chinese input methods.
    • Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and coordination skills.
