We are looking for an experienced PMO to lead a strategic ERP initiative within the luxury retail industry. The role is focused on project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight, ensuring structured execution and high-quality reporting across business and IT teams.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience, with strong exposure to ERP projects built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the ability to operate in a complex, high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive overall project governance for ERP initiatives
  • Define and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and timelines
  • Manage senior stakeholders across business, IT, and external vendors
  • Lead steering committee preparation, executive reporting, and status updates
  • Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear escalation paths
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP capabilities
  • Coordinate cross-functional and international teams
  • Maintain high-quality project documentation (charters, RAID logs, status reports, governance artifacts)
  • Act as the central PMO point of contact, ensuring delivery standards and consistency
Required Experience & Skills
  • 10+ years' experience in PMO roles
  • Proven experience delivering ERP transformation projects
  • Solid expertise in:
    • Project governance frameworks
    • Stakeholder management (including senior leadership)
    • Documentation, reporting, and project controls
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
