Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 5-6 month initial contract to support a major Retail account in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will manage the delivery of projects focusing on promotions, working closely with our client and internal teams to ensure that objectives are met on time and within budget. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, consulting experience, and a strong understanding of retail promotional strategies.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact between the client and SymphonyAI Retail CPG project teams.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of promotion-focused projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables, proactively addressing any risks or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, analytics, and client stakeholders) to drive progress and resolve challenges.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve promotional effectiveness for the client using SymphonyAI solutions.
- Ensure high-quality documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote best practices in project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within consulting firms or SaaS providers serving the Retail sector.
- Track record of successfully managing projects related to in-store or digital promotions.
- Strong understanding of retail promotional strategies and execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a consulting mindset.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese required; Mandarin an advantage.
- Immediately available or with short notice period preferred.
