We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional with a minimum of five years of related work experience to join the firm. This role encompasses the full range of Human Resources responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development and other HR-related tasks. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate high calibre personal integrity, a strong work ethic and an inquisitive mindset, and who thrive in an open, collegial working environment. Applicants should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Education & Experience

- Bachelors degree (required).
- Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Technical & Professional Skills
-
- Proficiency in HR tools and systems (HRIS, ATS, or other payroll/benefits platforms/systems).
- Experience with long-term incentive plan design and administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment in decision-making.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Putonghua/Mandarin is a big plus.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
