People Operations Officer - Financial Services / 3 months contract / 50k-60k per month
I am currently helping our client looking for a People Operations Officer to join the team in HK.
Core Responsibilities
- Employee Experience & Lifecycle: Managing the employee journey from offer acceptance to offboarding, including on/offboarding logistics, performance reviews, and company culture initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Designing, documenting, and implementing streamlined HR processes and automation tools to increase efficiency.
- Operational Support: Handling employee queries, maintaining accurate employee records, managing benefits administration, and overseeing HR systems.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, data protection (GDPR), and internal company policies.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing HR data to identify trends, improve engagement, and provide actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in HR operations, administration, or a similar role (often 2-4+ years).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels.
- Organization: Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of managing confidential data.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to solving employee issues and streamlining workflows.
