Application Production Support

Key Responsibilities Provide first‑line production support for wealth management applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across securities, futures, and options trading systems, including web and mobile platforms. Salary: HKD18000 - HKD30000 per month



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑line production support for wealth management applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across securities, futures, and options trading systems, including web and mobile platforms.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to deliver system fixes and enhancements.
  • Conduct and document internal testing for upgrades; support UAT and deployments.
  • Perform SQL updates and assist with improvements to in‑house programs.
  • Manage system upgrades and projects in line with change‑management policies.
  • Carry out regular system health checks and maintain stability for local/global markets.
  • Participate in rotating shifts, including nights and public holidays, to ensure 24/7 support.


Requirements

  • Degree in IT/Computer Science; advanced qualifications are a plus.
  • No experience required.
  • Strong SQL skills; Linux knowledge preferred.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
