Our client is accelerating its AI transformation journey by introducing AI agents across business functions, starting with Finance and progressively expanding to other departments. Through the Business Analyst service, they aim to drive practical AI agent implementation, stakeholder alignment, and adoption outcomes. This role will play a key role in driving practical AI agent implementation, stakeholder alignment, and adoption outcomes.
Scope of Work
- Act as a business analyst / Consultant and bridge expectations between business stakeholders and technical teams within the managed services structure.
- Engage Finance and other departments to identify high-impact AI use cases.
- Define practical, scoped AI agent solutions aligned to business priorities.
- Maintain a structured AI use case backlog under managed services framework.
- Support phased expansion of AI agents across business units.
- Conduct requirement workshops and working sessions with stakeholders.
- Translate business pain points into structured AI agent functionalities.
- Manage stakeholders to prevent over-scoped or unrealistic requirements.
- Drive MVP mindset and iterative delivery approach.
- Provide structured reporting on scope, risks, and delivery progress under managed services governance.
- Design, write, and optimize prompts in English and Chinese.
- Develop structured instruction frameworks to align AI outputs with business rules.
- Fine-tune AI agents to meet business, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Establish guardrails and usage governance standards.
- Develop UAT scenarios and structured test scripts.
- Perform functional and scenario-based validation of AI agents.
- Refine configurations based on performance gaps and user feedback.
- Track service quality metrics and adoption indicators as defined by them
- Work closely with Technology team for API and system data integration needs.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking.

Qualification
- Expected 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Business Admin, Finance, Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services preferred.
- Practical hands-on experience using AI tools in business settings is strongly preferred.
- Ability to write structured prompts in English and Chinese.
- Strong documentation capability (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Familiarity with collaboration and delivery tools such as: JIRA / Confluence, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Workflow or automation tools (advantageous)
