On behalf of an international commercial bank we are seeking a trade operations associate, initially for 1 year contract.
Salary HKD 25,000 – 35,000 per month depending upon experience.
Role:
- Trade finance transaction processing.
- Daily operations related to import and export bills.
- Respond to clients on queries related to trade finance, import/ export bills.
- Provide support to Relationship Managers.
- Prepare daily reports.
- Assist RMs with client onboarding.
- Manage client requests in regard to remittances, account opening and trade finance requirements.
Requirements:
- Commercial banking operations experience.
- Knowledge of trade finance and the wider commercial banking environment.
- Business level English is required and Cantonese is a bonus.
