Head of Product, Wealth Management

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategic roadmap, driving innovation in structured products, multi-asset derivatives, and investment solutions.
• Lead the product development team in end-to-end product lifecycle management, including ideation, development, launch, and commercialization.
• Collaborate closely with sales, trading, technology, and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated product offerings and enhance client engagement.
• Provide expert investment advisory services to high-net-worth and institutional clients, delivering tailored portfolio solutions and driving revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial product development and management, with deep expertise in structured products, multi-asset derivatives, wealth management, and investment platforms.
• Proven track record of building and scaling financial products from scratch, with demonstrated ability to expand product lines, drive revenue growth, and capture market share.
• Experience serving high-net-worth or institutional clients, with the ability to design customized investment solutions based on client needs. Outstanding communication and relationship management skills are required.
• Masters degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as FRM or CFA are preferred.
• Excellent team management and cross-functional leadership skills, with experience in driving digital platform initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture.
