Key Areas of Responsibilities
New Product Design and Market Exploration:
- Develop and design innovative products tailored to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market efficiently and effectively.
Client Coverage:
- Work closely with the sales team to cover key clients in the region and globally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Project Leadership:
- Lead complex, solution-based projects across the region, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and resources.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Business Development: Identify and originate new clients and business opportunities for the team.
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering or related fields.
- Experience working within an investment bank.
- Strong quantitative background and good programming skills.
- Team player, good personality and motivation.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua preferred).
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate.
