Key Responsibilities - Conduct deep fundamental research across commodity sectors (e.g., Oil, metals) to develop a comprehensive investment pipeline .
- Build, maintain, and enhance detailed commodity supply and demand models to forecast market balances .
- Monitor global macroeconomic indicators, geopolitical events, weather patterns, and policy changes to identify trading opportunities and assess risks .
- Utilize data analytics and quantitative methods to assess market conditions and generate predictive insights .
Qualifications - Bachelors degree required, preferably in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science .
- An advanced degree (Masters, MBA)
Experience
2-7 years of relevant experience in commodity research, trading, or investment roles, ideally within asset management, hedge funds, investment banking, or proprietary trading desks .
