Job Purpose:
• Responsible for the development and execution of business plans for investment products and managing projects related to wealth management service enhancement. The role involves contributing to product and service development, improving distribution channel effectiveness, and supporting customer segment strategies to strengthen the bank's wealth management offering
Main Responsibilities:
Investment Product Management-
• Develop and execute business plans to drive growth in investment products and other wealth management solutions
• Support strategic initiatives including new product development, customer segment expansion, and enhancement of sales channels
• Monitor market trends and intelligence to inform product development, innovation, and competitive positioning
• Launch and evaluate products, services, and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
• Collaborate with internal and external partners (e.g., product providers, sales channels, marketing agencies) to deliver quality products, customer communication, and campaign execution
Project Management-
• Work closely with different stakeholders such as project team, product/segment team, channel representatives and vendor/IT personnel for bank-wide initiatives, product development/enhancement projects and channel extension projects in relation to wealth management services
• Translate wealth management product expertise into practical enhancement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve system efficiency and workflow, gathering and aligning user requirements, and facilitating effective communication between product teams and project stakeholders
• Manage the end - to - end project lifecycle from gathering and reviewing user requirements through UAT planning/execution and implementation, while maintaining clear documentation and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders
Incumbent Requirements:
• Degree holder in Finance/Business Management/IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in project management preferably for wealth management service or in banking industry
• Prior experience in wealth management product development and distribution channel enhancements will be advantageous
• Processing strong project management, analytical, people management and communication skills
• Result-oriented, methodical, proactive, organized, self-motivated and attentive to details
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
