Your new role - Lead the design and governance of enterprise data architecture, including Azure platform, ETL pipelines, data models, and reporting tools.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution-scope definition, planning, timelines, and regional rollout.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Manage and guide cross-functional teams such as BI, data engineering, and infrastructure.
- Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and compliance with governance standards.
What you'll need to succeed - Cantonese speaking is a must
- Proven experience managing data warehouse or BI projects, preferably on Azure ecosystem.
- Retail/ FMCG background is a plus
- Strong hands-on knowledge of MS SQL, SSIS, Azure Fabric, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of ETL frameworks, star schema data modelling, and Power BI reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating with external vendors.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
