In this role, you will lead and manage security-related projects to protect client's retail operations, digital platforms, data assets, and customer information across the network of stores and online channels. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to implement security enhancements, compliance initiatives, and risk mitigation measures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and close information security projects, including cybersecurity enhancements, data protection initiatives, access control implementations, incident response improvements, and compliance programs

  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverable while managing risks and issues.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Operations, Legal, Business units) and external vendors/partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Track project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior management.

  • Ensure security projects align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in general information security.

  • Facilitate risk assessments and support the adoption of security controls in business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT, security, or technology-related projects.

  • Solid understanding of general information security principles (e.g., confidentiality, integrity, availability, risk management, common threats, basic controls like access management, encryption, and vulnerability handling).

  • Fluency in English and Cantonese (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with local teams, stakeholders, and vendors in Hong Kong.

  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-site operations is a plus.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office.
