- Fully responsible for team management and business operations of the Family Office Services Department;
- Responsible for tailoring exclusive, comprehensive solutions for HNW families and coordinating insurance referral business through resource integration, ensuring the delivery of core family office services alongside insurance-related initiatives;
- Deeply maintain relationships with HNW clients, driving asset expansion, service upgrades, insurance allocation, and intergenerational wealth transfer;
- Build and optimize the family office service system and standardized processes, collaborate with third-party service platforms, and simultaneously refine cooperation and delivery procedures for insurance referral business.
Requirement:
- Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Finance, Taxation, Law, or related disciplines; candidates with overseas prestigious university backgrounds or professional certifications are highly regarded;
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in family office or high-net-worth client wealth management, with at least 3 years of team management experience; practical experience in insurance referral and existing client resources are preferred;
- Familiar with Hong Kong identity planning and core family office services, as well as insurance product systems and the logic of insurance allocation for high-net-worth clients;
- Possess a strong client service mindset for high-net-worth individuals, with excellent skills in client needs discovery, solution customization, and relationship management, along with business negotiation and execution capabilities in insurance referral;
- Demonstrate solid awareness of financial compliance, alignment with company culture, international perspective, and strong resilience under pressure;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, clear logical thinking, strong professional ethics, and a long-term oriented mindset.
