A global investment solutions firm is seeking a Vice President to drive the growth and distribution strategy for its alternatives platform across Asia Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, this individual will play a key role in expanding the firm's footprint by supporting product positioning, developing regional business initiatives, and deepening engagement with private banks, family offices, and wealth management institutions.



Responsibilities

  • Lead regional outreach efforts by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and supporting AUM growth through a consultative sales approach.
  • Build strong expertise across the firm's alternatives product, including private equity, private credit, hedge fund strategies, and future product developments, to effectively articulate value propositions and market differentiation.
  • Represent the firm across various Asia Pacific markets through in‑person meetings with gatekeepers, advisers, industry groups, and end clients as part of ongoing sales and educational initiatives.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of client events, thematic roadshows, and industry conferences.



Qualifications

  • 8+ years' experience in the alternatives investment space, ideally in a client‑facing role such as investor relations at GPs, fundraising/distribution at placement agents, or advisory within private markets or alternative product platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, with a disciplined approach to the sales process.
  • Good team player and strong stakeholders management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Additional language capabilities are an advantage.
