Assistant Relationship Manager (Private Banking & Wealth Management Department)

Responsibilities:

• Support relationship managers in performing various client transactions and delivering high quality customer services to high net worth clients
• Involve in executing clients instructions, performing account opening procedures, preparing and collecting documentation from clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare required reports and materials for regular sales monitoring
• Ensure the performing transactions are in compliance with the Bank's policies and legislative requirements
• Ensure timely follow up on pending document
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial services industry
• Qualification under SFO and IIQE to perform relevant regulated activities in wealth management products sales
• Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Equipped with solid knowledge of investment products and banking procedures
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Qualification in ECF is preferred
