Role Summary
A supportive Project Assistant role focusing on coordination, documentation, and communication to ensure smooth execution of business projects, with exposure to project management practices and cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Business Line leaders in day-to-day coordination and administration of projects
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Assist in tracking project progress, schedules, deliverables, and budgets
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients
- Organize project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Perform general administrative and logistical support for the project team
Required Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a project coordination or administrative role
- Basic understanding of project management principles and tools
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Trello) is an advantage
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
