Job Description
- Assist smooth operation of all Support Functions, acting as liaison with Headquarter (including Hong Kong Branch) and Regulators on middle/back office-related reporting of risk management and others (planning, accounting and audit matters).
- Supporting internal risk management (including IT risk if possible) and assisting the implementation of HKMAs regulations
- Reviewing management information report and providing the results of review to General Manager, Risk Management Committee and headquarter;
- Writing periodic business performance reports
- Response for various requests from headquarter or external supervisory agencies
- Supporting communication between headquarter and local employees regarding middle/back (risk management, accounting, IT, etc) related issues.
- Support any ad hoc task or project assigned by supervisor and/or management.
Requirement
- native Korean language
- min. 5 years of work experience in relevant position (Risk, Planning or IT)
- Professional qualifications under Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) on Risk Management or relevant certification is preferred
- Must have strong proficiency in MS-office, especially Excel
- Must have strong written/verbal skills in Korean and English
- Basic to intermediate level of accounting knowledge
