Research Analyst (Fund of Fund)

Responsibilities:

• Direct the full due diligence lifecycle, from initial sourcing and manager meetings to ongoing monitoring and risk assessment.
• Produce high-level market commentary and thematic research to guide and refine our global asset allocation framework.
• Cultivate a deep professional ecosystem by managing relationships with GPs, industry intermediaries, and external research partners to secure proprietary insights.
• Lead the evolution of our internal research infrastructure by architecting new tools and analytical systems for portfolio tracking and decision support.

Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Math, or related subjects from a top-tier university.
• 4+ years of institutional investment experience. Direct exposure to buy-side research or the hedge fund ecosystem is highly preferred.
• A proven track record of international work experience is preferred.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
