Insurance Specialist to join the team. This role offers the unique opportunity to excel your career within a dynamic banking environment, partnering with Relationship Managers, and providing tailored insurance solutions to clients while supporting broader financial goals.
Your new role
- Deliver personalized insurance consultations, including life, health, and general insurance offerings.
- Collaborate with branch staff to identify cross-selling opportunities and deepen client relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, compliance standards, and market trends.
- Engage with walk-in and referred clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ Years of Experience in Insurance Product Sales or as an Insurance Specialist
- Qualification holder of HKSI Papers and/or IIQE Papers
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Eager and proactive personality with attention to detail
