A top US investment bank is seeking a syndication support analyst to join its Equity Capital Markets team, support the team through data management and internal processes.
Your new role
- Assist in the execution of IPOs, follow‑on offerings, placements, and block trades across the Asia Pacific region by assisting with deal coordination and timelines.
- Keep internal trackers updated with the latest deal statuses, key milestones, and information required for management reporting.
- Arrange investor engagement activities-such as non‑deal roadshows, PDIE, and marketing or deal roadshows-by managing schedules and logistical details.
- Monitor revenue-related data for completed transactions and prepare analyses to support internal reviews and performance assessments.
- Support compliance by following established internal procedures and operational guidelines, including workflows connected to regional regulatory platforms such as HKEX FINI.
- Respond to ad‑hoc requests from senior team members, including preparing presentation materials for client discussions and internal briefings.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university.
- 2+ years of experience in Equity Capital Markets syndication support or roadshow coordinator role.
- Exceptional precision and strong capability at staying organised
- Able to handle and interpret substantial volumes of written and numerical information
- Comfortable working under time pressure and meeting tight turnaround times
- A self‑driven individual who is proactive, ambitious, and focused on achieving results.
- Solid grasp of debt capital markets principles with strong quantitative and analytical abilities
- Excellent command of written English
- Skilled in using Excel and PowerPoint
