Responsibilities



Product / Business

  • Define the app vision and roadmap in line with Wealth Management goals and compliance.
  • Analyze user needs and market trends to guide feature improvements.
  • Produce requirements, PRDs, and prototypes for core features (market data, trading, investments, accounts, research).
  • Track KPIs and user feedback to drive ongoing enhancements.


Project Delivery

  • Lead tech projects from planning to rollout under governance standards.
  • Manage scope, timelines, resources, and quality.
  • Coordinate cross‑team collaboration and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide status updates and escalate risks when needed.


Technical Collaboration

  • Work with engineers/architects to design and refine technical solutions.
  • Contribute to development using relevant tech stacks (Android, iOS, Web, Node.js).
  • Support architecture, CI/CD, performance tuning, and secure coding.
  • Assist QA/UAT and ensure proper testing and documentation.


Core Requirements

  • Degree in CS, Finance, Economics, or related fields; PMP/Product Owner is a plus.
  • 2-5 years in tech delivery within securities, trading, or wealth management (junior roles possible for less experience).
  • Able to independently produce workflows, PRDs, and prototypes (Visio/Axure/Mockplus).
  • Hands-on experience in at least one programming language (Java/Kotlin, Swift/Obj‑C, JS/TS).
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to distill functions from complex processes.
  • Familiar with global trading operations; quick learner; resilient.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; fluent in Mandarin.


Preferred

  • Knowledge of Android internals, memory, threading, networking.
  • Experience with Flutter or Kotlin Multiplatform.
  • Strong web front‑end skills (HTML/CSS/JS/TS, especially Vue).
  • Understanding of iOS internals, Objective‑C runtime, UIKit/SwiftUI.
  • Mobile development or product experience (iOS/Android).
  • Web3 front‑end or Node.js exposure.
  • Understanding of secure coding, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
