Key Responsibilities - Prepare and support RBC Stats filing and other regulatory submissions.
- Perform analytical reviews, reconciliations, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with Finance, Actuarial, and Risk teams to meet reporting requirements.
- Strengthen internal controls, processes, and documentation related to statutory reporting.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and regulatory projects.
- Handle tight deadlines with ownership, professionalism, and accuracy.
Required Qualifications - Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, primarily gained in a Big 4 audit/assurance environment.
- Strong preference for candidates who have worked exclusively in Big 4.
- Candidates with prior experience in smaller firms or commercial roles may be considered only if communication skills are exceptionally strong.
- Demonstrated history of being a top or high performer (strong ratings, rapid progression, stretch roles, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications (CPA, HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, controls, and regulatory reporting.
- Excellent analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
- Clear, concise, and confident communication skills.
