Responsibilities:
- Responsible for multiple digital and transformation projects to align with both our technology and business roadmaps
- Provide end-to-end project management including requirement definition, resources, budget, schedule, solutions, and deliverables
- Responsible for proposing and driving development of end-to-end digital solutions across the web, mobile, API etc, from solution planning, feasibility study to the entire development cycle
- Work closely with various IT teams, business units and vendors to ensure alignment of initiatives
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in leading digital application development with a design and development background
- Experience in leading mid to large scale digital development projects, ideally with technical know-how using different technologies
- Strong leadership skills, presentation and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the insurance/ banking industry is preferred
