Our client is looking for HR Manager to join the team.
The Role
- Manage end to end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate selection
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment laws and regulations
- Support and coordinate the annual performance management appraisal
- Assist with employee training and development initiatives
- Review and update HR policies regularly to ensure adherence to HR and labour regulations
- Oversee general office administration, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management
- Prepare regular and ad hoc HR and administrative reports, analysis and meeting agenda as required
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree holder in relevant industry
- 5 years of HR experience
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Immediately available is a plus
