Role Summary
A first-line client services professional responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, ensuring efficient communication, and providing tailored client care within the Integrated Client Services Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle client queries and escalate internally when necessary
- Monitor clients' Net Open Position (NOP) and margin utilizations
- Manage client cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Process client audit, balance confirmations, and due diligence enquiries
- Support client-facing platform demonstrations
- Complete regular tasks including monthly billing, rebates, and reporting
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
