Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract, retain and motive talent to support business goals and market competitiveness
  • Governance and Committee Support on matters related to all staff compensation, incentive plans, and reward policies and programmes.
  • Support the annual compensation review cycle, including salary benchmarking, merit increases, bonus payouts, budgeting.
  • Conduct market surveys and analysis to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Review and enhance C&B policies and programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Manage external vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring quality service and strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of relevant HR experience, with a hands-on experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably with supervisory experience gained in the financial industry
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and employment legislation in Hong Kong
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Human Resources Management Software
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, with good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
