Our client is a leading securities brokerage currently seeking for a Client Onboarding Officer to cope with their business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to account activation.
- Conduct thorough KYC and CDD reviews, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding experience and improve operational efficiencies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions and compliance efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to onboarding procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client onboarding within the securities industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with KYC and CDD processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
