Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition to be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions. This role will work closely with business leaders, ensure recruitment quality and efficiency, and support process improvements as needed. Minimum 3 working days per week is required.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

- Execute full-cycle recruitment for Junior to senior-level roles across multiple business units.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and shape recruitment strategies.
- Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and talent mapping as needed.
- Proactively sourcing candidates to build robust talent pipelines, including direct sourcing, headhunting, and leveraging professional networks.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management

- Serve as a trusted TA advisor to business leaders, providing regular updates, timelines, and hiring data.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Lead candidate assessments, selection processes, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 4+ years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably gained in financial institutions or related industries.
- Good knowledge of recruitment in Asset Management sectors if possible
- Good stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently, manage tight timelines, and deliver quality outcomes.
