Your new role
In your new role, you will be one of the Responsible Officers (RO) of the fund. Your responsibilities will be to predominantly oversee the overall management of the fund - ensuring compliance with the SFC.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need to be eligible for / an existing RO (4,9) - with 5+ years of public fund (SFC authorized, UCITS, SEC) experience.
