We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager, Infrastructure & IT Security, to oversee day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure support, service desk performance, and server/system administration.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee and support IT infrastructure operations, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, end-user devices, and basic system administration tasks.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting for escalated incidents to ensure timely service restoration.
- Ensure IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures are implemented and followed.
- Support and monitor compliance with internal IT security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure IT processes follow governance standards including incident, change, and asset management.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, CISM, CISSP) are an advantage.
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, or IT security, with team-leading experience
- Experience managing service desk teams and daily operational support.
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices and IT risk management.
- Strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
