Key Responsibilities.
  • System & Technology Collaboration: Partner with IT teams to design, enhance, and integrate systems supporting marketing and channel development.
  • Work with solution architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.
  • Support API integration, data migration, and system configuration activities.
  • Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case design, execution, defect tracking, and resolution.
  • Ensure system rollouts meet business needs and quality standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, evaluation, contract negotiation, and compliance with procurement policies.
  • Support data analysis and reporting providing insights into project performance and business outcomes.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for management review.
  • Contribute to additional initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned.

Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+years of experience in business analysis, system implementation, or project management, ideally in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC), requirements gathering, and process mapping.
  • Experience with UAT coordination, API integrations, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or workflow tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
