Your new role

  • Partner closely with Product Owners, UX/UI teams, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear digital requirements

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives-from requirement gathering, user story creation, wireframe/flow validation, UAT planning, defect follow-up, to production rollout

  • Analyse customer journeys to identify improvement opportunities and optimise digital experiences

  • Support digital roadmap planning and contribute insights based on user behaviour analytics, market trends, and feedback

  • Ensure solutions align with regulatory standards, technical feasibility, and business goals


What you'll need to succeed

  • 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Digital Analyst, or similar role

  • Strong exposure to web and mobile app projects, ideally within insurance, banking, or other digital-focused industries

  • Solid experience in writing user stories, process flows, and functional specifications

  • Familiarity with agile methodology, sprint ceremonies, and working with cross-functional squads

  • Good understanding of UX principles and customer journey design

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical teams

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
