Your new role - Handle inbound hotline calls related to policy enquiries, premium payments, claims status, product features, and general service requests
- Provide clear, accurate, and compliant information to customers while ensuring high service quality
- Assist customers with policy changes, account updates, and basic troubleshooting for online service platforms
- Support outbound service calls (non-sales) including reminders, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction checks
- Respond to enquiries through phone, email, live chat, and digital messaging channels
What you'll need to succeed - Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or hotline experience; insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-first mindset
- Excellent command of Cantonese; good proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
- IIQE preferred
