Our client is a global wealth management firm in Hong Kong. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead Marketing team.
The Role
- Shape and execute marketing strategies that elevate brand presence and resonate with target audiences
- Orchestrate internal and external marketing initiatives, from client seminars to sales enablement events
- Champion end-to-end campaign execution for financial products and services
- Partner with regional offices in Hong Kong and Headquarter to ensure marketing alignment
- Infuse product expertise, investment knowledge, and commercial thinking into every initiative
- Empower and guide the marketing team to deliver excellence
- Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance for maximum impact
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration with sales, product, and beyond
- Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor moves, and industry shifts
- Provide regular updates to leadership in both Hong Kong and Headquarter.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
- Seasoned marketing leader with financial services background
- Proven ability to design and deliver winning strategies
- Natural leader with experience mentoring high-performing teams
- Strong communicator who builds bridges across functions and regions
- Commercially savvy with strong grasp of financial products
- Thrives in fast-moving environments and drives results
- Bilingual proficiency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin
