GCB 4 We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an
UHNW Solutions Group Specialist. In this role you will: - Focus on UHNW Solutions Group (USG) business management to support USG Global Head and regional USG teams on platform enhancement, risk management and team resources control
- Specific tasks at ongoing basis include (but not limit to): new initiative, platform enhancement, resources prioritization, collaboration forum/service agreement/product launch etc with Group lines of business for the business growth
- Specific tasks at ongoing basis include (but not limit to): annual thematic review, team own sanity check, USG financials, pipeline management & deal execution, new booking centre discussion, collaboration with teams inside GPB (eg sales effectiveness, global segment, proposition, collaboration, comm& marketing) to ensure the risk adherence, business focus and global alignment among stakeholders
- Ensure adequate tracking and reporting of sales outcome and oversee pipeline activity
To be successful you will need: - Business management skill and experience to drive the solution mind-set for problem solving
- Be a self-starter with can-do attitude to drive products enhancements, new initiatives, transformation projects and win business
- Robust governance and risk management with strategic thinking as appropriate
- Knowledge and preferred experienced in trading, structuring, sales, or investment advisory from other highly regarded investment banks or private banks
- Strong stakeholder management and client facing skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English. Cantonese / Mandarin fluency are highly preferred
