We're hiring a senior eFX & Fixed Income DevOps Support Engineer to support and enhance our low‑latency trading platforms. You'll work directly with Front Office (Traders, Quants, Sales), providing end‑to‑end ownership of issues-from FO to BO-and driving incident resolution, automation, and platform stability.
What You'll Do
- Support eFX trading systems (market‑making, pricing, OMS).
- (Plus) Support Rates/Bonds trading flows when needed.
- Manage venue & liquidity provider onboarding, FIX connectivity, ECN integration.
- Troubleshoot real‑time trading issues across the entire lifecycle.
- Build tooling & automation using Python / Java.
- Operate in Linux, handle deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Use SQL/KDB for investigation and reporting.
- Participate in morning shifts and periodic weekend support.
What You Bring
- 10-15 years experience in Front Office support / eTrading DevOps.
- Strong background in FX electronic trading (must).
- Exposure to Fixed Income / Rates platforms (big plus).
- Hands-on Linux expertise; strong problem‑solving mindset.
- Proven ability to face off to Traders and take full ownership.
- Experience with FIX, LP connectivity, market venues, and low-latency workflows.
- Strong Python & Java skills for tooling/automation.
- Cloud (GCP/K8s/KDP) experience is a plus.
