Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and maintain fund marketing materials, including pitch decks, fact sheets, presentations, and investor communications.
    • Coordinate with investment and compliance teams to ensure all marketing and sales materials comply with SFC and regulatory requirements.
    • Support branding and positioning of fund products across marketing channels.
    • Actively support fundraising and sales activities targeting professional investors, institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth clients.
    • Assist in investor onboarding, follow-ups, and relationship management throughout the fundraising process.
    • Participate in investor meetings, roadshows, seminars, and marketing events.
    • Conduct investor outreach and assist in building relationships with prospective investors through targeted communications and marketing initiatives.
    • Maintain, update, and manage the firms investor database/CRM system, ensuring investor information, engagement records, and distribution lists are accurate and up to date.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor demand to support sales strategy development.
    • Work closely with senior management on distribution strategy and business development initiatives.
    • Support ad-hoc projects related to fund launches, new products, or strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree or currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a reputable university; outstanding recent graduates are welcome.
    • 3 – 8 years of relevant experience in fund marketing, fund sales, asset management, or financial services. Relevant experience gained at a leading Chinese or international financial institution is a distinct advantage. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Fund Marketing Associate.
    • Strong understanding of investor behaviour, particularly Mainland China and Greater China capital, including familiarity with market practices, operational processes, and regulatory considerations; existing investor networks are a strong advantage.
    • Relevant regulatory licenses (e.g. SFC Type 1, 4, and/or 9) are preferred for experienced candidates.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
    • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to represent the company at investor meetings and client events.
