Your new company
You'll be joining the Greater China Wealth Management marketing team of a leading global financial institution in Hong Kong. The team delivers high visibility client engagement across the region and partners closely with business stakeholders to run integrated marketing and flagship events.
Your new role
- Plan and execute client events across the Greater China region, including large‑scale events (typically 50-1000 attendees).
- Support marketing activities and integrated campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Manage end‑to‑end event logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and onsite delivery.
- Assist with digital event components such as invitations, registrations, and post‑event communications.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint to support event and marketing insights.
What you'll need to succeed
- 7+ years' marketing experience, with hands-on event management for mid to large scale audiences (minimum 500 attendees).
- Solid digital marketing exposure (campaign coordination, analytics/reporting tools preferred).
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Financial services exposure is an advantage, but strong event experience from other industries will be considered.
