We are seeking an experienced Transaction Banking Sales professional to drive cash management and liquidity solutions for corporate clients, with a strong focus on Japanese companies in the Hong Kong market. You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, deepen client relationships, and collaborate with regional teams to deliver tailored transaction banking solutions.

Our client is a sizable Financial group which offer an extensive scope of Banking products and services for Corporates.

Exciting new role for you

  1. Promote cash management, liquidity solutions, FX-related services, and ancillary products to corporate clients.
  2. Develop new business opportunities and manage the full sales pipeline—from initial contact to deal closure.
  3. Build strong partnerships with internal teams including GCIB, GSB, product, IT, and regional offices.
  4. Prepare customised proposals, pitch books, and solution-based presentations.
  5. Lead implementation of cash management solutions such as pooling, Host-to-Host, and SWIFT integration.
  6. Coordinate RFP responses and ensure timely submissions.
  7. Manage regional client portfolios and support cross-border transaction banking activities.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management Sales, Product Sales, or client-facing roles.
  2. Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1/N2)required ; English mandatory; Mandarin or Cantonese a plus.
  3. Strong knowledge of liquidity management products, e-channels, virtual accounts, H2H, SWIFT, eWallet solutions, and payment instruments.
  4. Proven experience handling complex implementation projects (cash pooling, connectivity, system integration).
  5. Strong communication and client management skills with the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
