Vice President/ Executive Director , ETF Capital Markets

Job description:

1. Drive ETF growth by identifying trading opportunities, improving liquidity, and enhancing both primary and secondary market quality.
2. Build and scale a high performing, connected ETF capital markets franchise through collaboration with key business partners.
3. Strengthen partnerships with, authorized participantparticipating dealers (PDsAP), liquidity providers, market makers, exchanges, and off exchange trading venues to improve market robustnessresiliency and ecosystem breadth. Facilitate the new PDs and market makers onboarding processes.
4. Monitor and analyze trading flows, spreads, basket activitypremium/discount, and liquidity patterns to inform internal decision making and client engagement.
5. Deliver actionable trading insights, pre-trade analysis and execution advise to sophisticated investorsinstitutional clients, issuers, and distribution teams, ensuring high quality client education and trade execution support.
6. Partner with distribution, investment and product teams to support ETF adoption, positioning, and commercial sales efforts across the region.
7. Monitortrading, pricing, liquidity, and market making issues to ensure timely and effective resolution. Support ETF product launches and facilitate seed capital bymanagement, lending of ETF shares, coordinating with product, operations, investment, legal, and distriburelevanttion stakeholders to ensure seamless execution..
8. Oversee ongoing lifecycle management, including creation/redemption monitoring, liquidity assessments, market making structures, and pricing quality checks.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA) preferred.
2. 8–15+ years of relevant experience in ETF capital markets, trading, liquidity strategy, or related market structure roles.
3. Deep technical understanding of ETF mechanics, operation workflow, liquidity, market structure, pricing, and trading behaviors.
4. Ability to set vision, drive execution, and lead high performing teams.
5. Strong command of ETF trading mechanics, flows, liquidity, and execution processes.
6. Demonstrated track record of driving commercial outcomes and enhancing market quality in an ETF platform.
7. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
