Job Summary:
her role is responsible for leading and overseeing Post Trade's governance, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and business administration functions to ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The position plays a critical role in strengthening governance frameworks, operational controls, and management reporting to support effective decision-making and execution across the Post Trade function.
The role manages departmental financial and business administration activities, including budgeting, headcount planning, and expense governance, while also overseeing the planning, prioritisation, and reporting of the Post Trade project portfolio. It drives end-to-end delivery of Post Trade initiatives, ensuring robust project governance, effective risk management, and timely execution of strategic and operational priorities.
Working closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders, the role develops and maintains strategic dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to provide clear visibility of performance, risks, and progress. The position also leads and develops the team, fostering a strong governance, control, and accountability culture across Post Trade.

  • Lead and oversee Post Trade's regulatory obligations, governance frameworks, and enterprise risk controls to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage departmental financial and business administration activities, including budgeting, headcount planning, and expense governance.
  • Oversee project portfolio planning, prioritisation, and reporting to support effective execution of Post Trade initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strategic dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting to support senior management decision-making.
  • Drive and manage Post Trade projects and initiatives end-to-end, including project governance, planning, progress tracking, risk management, and delivery.
  • Lead and develop the team, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support operational controls and business administration activities, and to promote a strong governance and control culture.
Job Requirements:
  • University degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, or business administration within financial services or financial market infrastructure is an advantage.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and strong communication skills with the ability to operate effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and project governance.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.
